These Terms of Service govern use of the public website https://xigamo.codes operated by XIGAMO LTD of 3 Venics Way, High Wycombe, HP11 1LN, United Kingdom. Acceptance

By loading the website you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The site is intended for professional visitors in connection with motion picture and video industries, computer systems design and specialised design services.

Licence to use the site

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view pages, submit a passage request, and follow first-party links to about, services, portfolio, contact and legal pages. You may not scrape the site, overload the chamber, introduce malware, or misrepresent affiliation with XIGAMO LTD.

Intellectual property

The lock-chamber design, text, logo and photographs on the site are owned by or licensed to XIGAMO LTD. You may not copy them for a competing template or for a marina, harbour or tourism product. Portfolio descriptions are illustrative and may be anonymised.

User submissions

If you send a message through the form, you warrant that you have authority to send it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may retain it as described in the Privacy Policy. Submission is not a contract.

No professional advice

Website copy, including the lock method metaphor, is not legal, insurance or engineering advice. It describes how XIGAMO LTD thinks about level matching in media and software.

Third-party services

Google Maps and font providers are outside our chamber. Their outages are not a breach by XIGAMO LTD.

Disclaimer and liability
